JUNE 8th, 2016: WE REGRET TO INFORM THAT WE INCURRED IN UNEXPECTED PROBLEMS WITH OUR FINANCIAL SPONSOR AND SO WE ARE FORCED TO CANCEL THE 2016 COMPETITION. ALL THE APPLICATIONS ALREADY RECEIVED WILL BE FULLY REIMBURSED BY JUNE 20th. WE UNDERSTAND THE INCONVENIENCE WE MIGHT HAVE CAUSED AND WE SINCERELY APOLOGIZE.
MitBravour Artist Collective is happy to introduce the first Young Artists International Competition. Our goal is to discover and develop the careers of exceptional young classical musicians.
Artists selected will join our roster, which provides management services, including the booking of concert engagements worldwide, publicity and career guidance for one or more years. Among the artists selected there will be one who will receive the "MitBravour award" of US$ 2,000 and will be presented in a recital for the MitBravour series in Ottawa, ON, Canada (during the season 2016-17).
There is no limit to the number of Artists that can be chosen each year, (although only one will receive the monetary prize mentioned above and the concert) and MitBravour Artist Collective has the right to select none if none qualify. We select artists based on their musicianship, individuality, projection as a performer, and promise.
